4 JobAdder features to transform your recruiting

1. Temp Express

All aboard the Temp Express. This is JobAdder’s dedicated dashboard for temp and contract placements – pretty much any placement with an end date. 

According to our 2025 State of Recruitment Report, JobAdder customers place temp roles 5.6x faster using Temp Express.

So what is it, and how does it work?

Temp Express is a single page dashboard that gives you a complete view of who’s available to work and who’s working where, all in one place. By centralising key temp and contract data, you can simplify and streamline your recruiting and administrative process, plus fill shifts faster (and ultimately keep your clients happy!)

Within Temp Express, there are three key functions:

  • Talent Pool: Quickly find and contact your vetted candidates to fill an upcoming temp or contract role. You can filter by when they’re available, meaning no more wasting time messaging candidates only to find they’re already booked elsewhere. You can even widen your net to see fellow users’ talent pools. 
  • Working Temps: This is where you get a full view of who’s booked to work, who’s currently working, who’s finishing up, and who’s already finished their placement. Being able to quickly and easily see candidates at each of these key stages ensures you know who you need to speak to and when. 
  • Compliance: It wouldn’t be a temp placement dashboard without compliance. We’ve made it easy to quickly see if candidate documentation is missing or expired, saving you time and reducing compliance risk.

2. Performance Dashboard

At JobAdder, we have a saying: “If it’s not in JobAdder, it didn’t happen.”

We know that most recruiters are competitive (it’s OK, you’re in a safe space, you can admit it). So to stoke a little healthy competition in recruiting teams, and provide some more visibility, accountability, and transparency, we created the Performance Dashboard.

This dashboard is your insight into your performance metrics and daily progress. It’s a quick and easy way to track your KPIs (and have a sneaky peak at your teammates’ results) without having to continually ask your manager how you’re doing. It helps you keep your eye on the prize and take control of your performance.

The Performance Dashboard tracks five KPI groups:

  1. New jobs
  2. New CV submissions
  3. New placements
  4. One-off fees
  5. Recurring fees

Managers can set KPIs and targets, and keep track of who’s doing well and who needs a bit of support. They can also use the dashboard to compare performance over time, spot trends, and – most importantly – help keep your team motivated towards achieving goals.

3. Lead Feed

Business development (BD) is a real struggle for many recruiters; JobAdder’s 2024/25 Recruitment Benchmarking Report found that only 5% of recruiters are happy with their current BD processes. That’s a shocking 95% of recruiters left wanting when it comes to having an impactful and useful BD strategy in place.

JobAdder’s Lead Feed is designed to help. 

It’s an in-built BD tool that works in the background, identifying new job adverts posted by companies in your JobAdder database and delivering them directly to your account. Each day, you’ll receive five fresh leads based on your preferences – meaning you’ll only see suitable ads for you – that are ready for you to turn into opportunities.

4. Smart Forms

How much time do you spend manually updating candidate data?
